Marie’s Journey to Ultimate Health

Marie Hayden’s journey to ultimate health and a life free from antibiotics has been a long and challenging one. As a child, she was sick more often than not and was eventually diagnosed with bronchitis. At 11 years old, she had to undergo surgery to remove her inflamed tonsils, but even after the operation, her bronchitis symptoms resumed and inflamed tissue started to grow back where her tonsils used to be. Throughout her teenage years, she experienced constipation, bloating, and cramping, which occurred simultaneously with chronic bronchial infections, pneumonia, and ear infections. Despite being prescribed antibiotics repeatedly, she was eventually told that there were no more antibiotics that could help her.

Determined to find a solution to her health problems, Marie started looking into alternative forms of medical care. She went to see an allergist who determined that dairy was the main culprit for her negative symptoms. Although it was difficult for her to understand the word ‘allergy’ at the time, she eventually eliminated dairy from her diet and felt an immediate improvement in her health.

Marie’s journey to health was not without its challenges, as she had to eliminate a long list of foods from her diet, including dairy, eggs, soy, gluten, beef, chicken, pork, shellfish, strawberries, and peanuts. It was challenging to remove all the foods she was allergic to, and she struggled with chronic fatigue, muscle pain, and irregular bowel function. However, with determination and willpower, Marie persevered and continued to stay away from her allergens.

She saw a naturopathic doctor who advised her to stop consuming all dairy products and to be thoroughly tested for more food allergies. This visit was life-changing for her, and she finally found the answers to help boost her immune system and stay off dairy for good.

Despite facing criticism and challenges from others who didn’t understand her food restrictions, Marie continued to stay committed to her journey to health. She believes that not all foods serve our bodies and that it is important to find the right balance for each individual. Through her website and personal coaching, Marie hopes to empower others to take control of their health and well-being by making informed choices about the food they eat and the lifestyle they lead. She encourages people to explore alternative forms of healing, such as naturopathy, as she believes that they can provide effective solutions to many health problems.

Today, Marie is living proof that a healthy diet and lifestyle can lead to a life free from antibiotics and chronic illnesses. Her journey to ultimate health is ongoing, and she continues to learn and explore new ways to improve her well-being. She hopes that by sharing her story, others can learn from her experiences and find their own path to a healthier, happier life.
