You don’t need any fancy equipment or to spend lots of money to develop a body you are proud of.  All you have to do is learn proper techniques and be consistent.

Mat Pilates Daily Challenge gives you a step by step guide of how to properly execute all the beginner exercises on your own. It’s recommended to complete a set of reps for each exercise 4-6 days a week.
